Hyperion oder Der Eremit in Griechenland ist ein Roman von Friedrich Hölderlin. Der Name Hyperion (griechisch ῾Υπερίων Hyperíon, im Deutschen gewöhnlich auf der drittletzten Silbe betont) bedeutet „der oben Gehende“. Hyperion erschien in zwei Bänden 1797 und 1799.
